Trauma Integration is a client-led mindful process. We go at a pace that is right for you. I guide you every step of the way. You get to keep the wisdom learned from the experience without the unwanted trauma reactions. I love hearing how my clients’ lives have changed.

Coaching
I offer insightful and inner-wisdom-based life coaching sessions. After clearing some trauma from your past, you might be interested in moving your attention to your future. I teach you how to access your inner wisdom so you can live and thrive in this new post-trauma life.
